"Keeps everyone on the same page"
This has been really helpful for keeping our team in sync. Tasks and chats are all in one place, so we’re not wasting time digging through messy updates or wondering what changed. It just makes sense to keep the important stuff organized where everyone can see it.

"Support was alright, just kinda slow"
They did help me out in the end, so that was good, but the replies were a bit slow here and there. Not terrible or anything, just took longer than I was hoping

"Works with the tools we already use"
I wasn’t totally sure at first if it would connect smoothly with our usual tools, but the integrations just kind of worked. There wasn’t a big setup process or anything, which was a nice surprise.

"teamwork.com has been decent for us, but..."
teamwork.com has been decent for us, but I’ll be honest, it took me longer than expected to get comfortable with it. Some features weren’t where I naturally thought they’d be, and the initial setup took a bit of patience. If you’re new to it, my advice would be to give yourself a few weeks and don’t try to figure everything out in one sitting. Once you start using it regularly, it does begin to make more sense. It’s not a bad tool at all, just not the most instantly intuitive one

"Finally, a tool that doesn’t make our jobs harder"
We’ve been using Teamwork for a while now, it’s been one of the few project tools that hasn’t made everything feel more complicated than it needs to be.

Tasks load quickly, comments actually stay where they’re supposed to, and we can see who’s handling what without constantly chasing people in chat, which is a relief because it always feels like our team is the one stuck dealing with messy handoffs.
It’s not perfect, and a few settings took me longer to figure out than they probably should have, but overall it’s been reliable and hasn’t really let us down when we needed it

"Helps us keep projects from going off the rails"
We’ve been using Teamwork to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and client projects, and yeah, it mostly does what we need. It’s easy to see who’s working on what and what still needs doing, which helps when things get a bit all over the place. The time tracking is handy too. The notifications can get kind of messy sometimes, like too much stuff coming in and not always super clear, but overall it keeps our team moving and gets the job done

"Easy time tracking, even when timing gets messy"
I mostly use teamwork to track time on client jobs, and it’s been easy to stick with. I just start the timer, add a few notes, and move on without overthinking it. The reports are clear enough when it’s time to pull invoices together, which helps a lot. If anything ever feels a little rushed or off, it’s usually more because I started using it at the worst possible time during a busy week, not because the tool is hard to use. It’s been really handy for our small team overall.

"Good once you put in the work"
I do like how much you can customize the boards, fields, and views to fit the way your team actually works. That said, it definitely took more effort than I expected to figure everything out and get it set up the way I wanted. Once we got past that learning curve, though, it ended up working really well for our team

"Really helpful for seeing everyone’s workload"
Teamwork has been really useful for keeping an eye on who’s got too much on their plate, and moving tasks around quickly when we need to. The resource planning is easy to understand, though, it does take me a little time to get reports set up the way I want.

"Easy to use every day"
teamwork has been really easy for our team to get the hang of. Tasks, comments, and files are all simple to find, so I’m not wasting time clicking around trying to figure out where things are. It’s made keeping up with projects a lot less frustrating, i can see us continuing to use it regularly

"Good, but I didn’t realize how fast it adds up"
It’s definitely useful, and I feel a little embarrassed admitting this, but I didn’t really pay attention to the cost at first. Once I started using it more, the charges kind of added up quicker than I expected. Still good overall, just a bit pricey.

"Keeps my client work from getting scattered"
I’m always a little nervous about tools that promise to make everything easier, because I don’t want to get fooled into paying for something that just adds more work. But Teamwork has actually helped. I can keep client messages, tasks, and deadlines in one place, instead of constantly digging through emails and wondering if I missed something.

"Really helpful for keeping tasks straight"
We’ve been using Teamwork.com mostly to keep track of day-to-day tasks, and it’s been useful. I can quickly see what I’m supposed to be working on, what’s waiting for someone else, and when things are due, which has saved us from a lot of the usual “wait, who was doing that?” confusion.
It’s not perfect though. Sometimes I end up clicking around longer than I’d like because something isn’t labeled or explained clearly, which gets annoying when you’re just trying to get an update fast. But overall, it’s helped our team stay much more organized and made messy projects feel a lot more manageable.

"Mobile app can be really frustrating"
I use Teamwork on my phone often, usually when I’m trying to check something quickly or get through tasks in between meetings, and the app just feels slow and buggy. Notifications don’t always come through, and sometimes tasks take way too long to load, which is extra annoying when I’m already rushed. The desktop version is fine for the most part, but the mobile app definitely needs some work.

"I didn’t expect to care this much about..."
I didn’t expect to care this much about the reports, but they’ve made my week so much easier. The analytics are clear, and I love that I’m not hunting around for tiny numbers or trying to line things up myself. Even small stuff, like clean labels and totals being easy to spot, saves me a surprising amount of time...
